I just discovered that I am administrative assistant! We got a two-hour lunch break today and I thought the boss lady was just being nice since things have been slow around the Admissions office lately. I asked my boss if we should have gotten our secretary a present and she said no, we are all considered secretaries! Of course I fell asleep on accident on my unusually long lunch break and woke up flustered.
I am enjoying my second administrative treat of the day - these pecan bars taste like baklava! Good day to be an assistant!

Magic Tulips
I got these tulips at the grocery store and 30 minutes after I stuck them in water they opened up! I tried to re-create the effect today...
I wish I would have videotaped it and sent it in to Planet Earth!!! It brightened the rainy Oxford day.

Dessert Time !! Also known as Easter weekend
We went to Mobile for Easter, and the first thing Joe did was to hop in his favorite ride and cruise around town...
It wasn't as terrible as the faces may convey. Tastes like a chocolate martini. It's okay that they didn't drink the whole bottle though, because it's good for six months after you open it. Judgement is still being passed onKathy and Mr. Ryan whoever may be responsible for purchasing this product..
On Easter we went to church at St. Ignatius. Joe is always uneasy just to be in a Catholic church, and during mass, an usher singled Joe out (of a packed building) and asked him if he would like to bring up the gifts with his family. He freaked out and refused to do it, so the rest of us had to take over. That usher probably had a nice laugh with his family over Easter dinner about the fright on Joe's face after he was tapped on the shoulder..
This is a dramatic re-enactment of what Joe and I looked like after we ate Easter lunch:
Mr. Miata
Not many pictures were taken, but here is a special taste test of a little product called "Chocovine."
Bartending
Cheers!

Snapdragon Day Eight
You be the judge.
We aren't quite to the 10 day sprouting deadline, so I'll hold out hope. It could be an Easter miracle!!
