A horrific thing happened to me and Joe the other week when we realized that our grill ran out of propane. I made a pork tenderloin in the oven that Tracy told me about, and it really was so delicious.
You use a package of dry french onion dip mix for the crust. It was really juicy, and Joe didn't complain about the onion taste once! Success. Let me know if you want the whole recipe!
